Four days ago I purchased my toyota there outstanding like always great customer service

Great experience at this dealership! The process was long, but definitely worth it. My parents and I originally came in just to support & help my sister with buying her car, and somehow her and me both ended up leaving with cars of our own! John and Yariel were super helpful, patient, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. They answered all our questions and really took care of us. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Miracle toyota was really good. Our salesperson, Andre Jackson, was so knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly and patient and made us feel comfortable with this purchase. We had been to a dealership before going to Miracle and the salesperson didn't know anything about the car we were interested in... so we were very happy that Andre could answer all our questions. Also, a thank you to Humberto for taking the time with a technician issue (my fault) setting up our phones with the vehicle.

I highly recommended it and I'm truly thankful to our vendor Ali Rosales. He works hard on what we want and I told him hey this Miracle Toyota we believe in that and at the end we get it the miracle and I have it. The car buying process with Ziyad was straight forward and painless! 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a new car.

I went in to have my 2024 Prius Prime XSE tire looked at since it had a slow leak. After about an hour wait, I was advised that the tire will need to be replaced. The tire would need to be ordered in. I showed up the next morning (first appointment) expecting to have the tire replaced quickly. After an hour, I asked how much longer will it be? It's just a tire replacement. The service writer told me the tire didn't come in so the mechanic parked the car until it arrived. Needless to say, I was upset. The service writer offered me a different tire brand. I declined it. I only want OEM product on my vehicle. So I left disappointed. A week later I received a call from Felecia (Service Writer) asking if my tire had been replaced or if I needed to schedule a time to change it. I explained the issue I had before and I declined the tire offered. I only want OEM tires. Felecia said let me see what I can do. Felecia called me back about a hour later and said she would have the tire in that day. I arrived later in the afternoon and she expedited the tire replacement. I truly didn't expect a call regarding the tire or a quick response in correcting what the previous Service Writer could not accomplish. Thank you Felecia for your Customer Service and support!

He was such a pleasure to deal with; he was very knowledgeable to the type of vehicle we went to look at. He went above and beyond throughout when our vehicle arrived at the dealership. He was courteous enough to accommodate our arrival after our working hours. A shoutout to Todd as well with his knowledge and kindness while I decided between two vehicles and our finance processor, Javier. It was a late evening, but all of these gentlemen were extremely great to deal with. I highly recommend any of these gentlemen for your next purchase and Miracle Toyota is lucky to have them on their staff.
