Special thanks to Sasha Richardson member of the parts departments for Miracle Toyota. I purchased a brand new Toyota and before the car turned on year the AC broke on the car which was very frustrating because that is why a person purchases a new car so that you have reliability. It turned out that the part was on a National Back Order and forced me to wait 4 months without AC. Not happy with the wait, I went to the parts department where I met Ms. Sasha and while she saw there was a national back order she looked at other dealerships with the hopes of finding the part needed so that I can have my vehicle fixed. She did just that! Now my car is back to normal operations and we are ready for the Florida Heat. All it took was to take that extra step for the guest, thank you Sasha!

I’ve had a great experience with the service department at Miracle Toyota. The staff is always professional, courteous, and thorough with their work. They’ve earned my trust over time with their reliable service. However, one downside is the debit/credit card fee they charge, which feels unnecessary. It almost seems like they’re trying to make a profit off of that, and it’s a bit of an inconvenience. This small detail does make me consider checking out other dealerships nearby. Overall, still a positive experience but just something to keep in mind.

We recently just got new car, really 2 and Ziyead sold it to us, he went above and beyond to meet our needs, very was nice and patient with us no matter if we were a bit complicated very good service I would definitely recommend coming to this location to get your car from Ziyaed and they will make sure you are taken care of in every aspect. Thank you Daryle for taking care of my needs and being available at all times. You were very respectful and never pushy on when I traded in my truck for a newer tundra. Your attention to detail and getting to know me rather than looking at me like a sale was refreshing. I came to Daryle near closing but he stayed a little past an hour past closing even when he knew I wouldn’t be driving away with the truck I own now but he did not give up and crunch the numbers where it worked for both the Dealership and for me. So far I've been to this location twice and I was satisfied each time. First time was for service and my most recent was sales. My salesperson Chris Ojatabu was amazing. He didn't make me feel like it was just a sale to him. He showed me a few options within my price range and provided great service. He was extremely informational with each car he showed me. I would highly recommend this location and ask for Chris if you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!
